Primary Responsibility:
Owner of the Master Scheduling function on worldwide basis for appropriate products. Oversees the order entry process for all product schedules at all producing sites. Assumes ownership of all capacity and works closely with Product Marketing to optimize its use and solve supply/demands issues on a daily basis.
Job Scope:
- Develops, implements, communicates and manages LE150mm production plans
- Approve 100% of all product schedulers
- Becomes the recognized product capacity expert.
- Develop alternative recovery plans to overcome supply/demand issues as they arise
Interpersonal Skill:
- Must be able to develop a strong working relationship with site scheduling managers and plant managers
- Must use a positive approach to handling capacity supply/demand issues
- Must be the owner of LE150mm capacity and schedules
- Work effectively with all locations and diverse cultures
Job-related Experience:
- 5+ years in a high-technology manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in domestic and international environments
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
Knowledge:
- SAP experience preferred
- Must has knowledge of leading edge Capacity planning practices
Education/Experience:
- Must have a minimum BS or equivalent work related experience
Communication:
- Must have good written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Must be able to read and interpret basic accounting
Physical Requirements:
- 5% - 10% travel required (domestic and international)
