Position Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Specifying and designing plant process measurement and control loops.
- Control strategy and configuration of distributive control and PLC systems.
- Responsible for development and improvement of plant engineering standards relating to position.
- Reliability and accuracy improvement of critical process measurements.
- Basic engineering and maintenance assistance of dc and low voltage multiphase ac circuits primarily 480V.
- Detailed design and procurement specifications for small projects as well as review and approval on large projects.
Qualifications Required:
- BS Degree -- Electrical Engineer
- 5-10 years related experience in the following:
- PLC system design and installation and programming
- Instrumentation Selection/Specification
- Control Loop Design
- Distributive Control System (DCS) configuration experience a plus
- Low voltage ac and dc control circuit design and maintenance
