MEMC provides these shipping instructions to your company to follow on all shipments to the MEMC site named below. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delayed payment of your invoice and non-payment of freight charges added to your invoice. If your product price does not include freight, MEMC requires your shipment “freight collect” unless otherwise approved by the MEMC Buyer or MEMC Logistics.
